Typically we take on a partner, product or service on a phased basis. This approach reduces your financial risk / exposure until a real exporting opportunity has been identified, quantified and is ready for launch.
Phase 1: Market Research
During the initial stage we assess your products suitability for the French market and your capacity to follow through. We conduct a market research exercise to see if there is real potential for sales; we make contact with potential customers and distribution partners and define the best market entry strategy.
Phase 2: Channel Partner Identification, Negotiation and Launch Preparation
The next phase is to develop the relationship with the potential partners and find the right one. We conduct the negotiations on your behalf and ensure that the marketing/sales strategies are agreed and workable.
We then prepare your people and your product for an initial pilot launch. We see that through and at that stage you may be in a position to take over.

Phase 3: We Manage it for You
We can undertake to fully or partially manage the channel and all aspects of the territory for you, including recrutment of local agents, distribution partners and managing your brand’s presence as well as identifying new opportunities to grow sales.
This can be negociated on a commission or on a fee basis depending on the circumstances.
